Stocks up after economic, earnings data

Money – The stock market traded mixed Tuesday as investors, though concerned about rising inflation, were also encouraged by better-than-expected earnings and a surprising rebound in New York manufacturing.

It always is in flux. Clearly, you don't know much about it.

"...the New York Federal Reserve reported that regional manufacturing expanded modestly in April, after shrinking at a record clip in March. Economists, on average, had been expecting another contraction."

So much for the "recession" liberals want us to believe is happening.

Anyone else ever notice how liberals want everyone to believe everything is a crisis so they can get elected? The economy, the housing market, the stock market, Iraq, war on terror, the global climate -- nothing but doom and gloom with these chicken littles.
