    there's also been a huge surge in Canadian condo projects, the strong Canadian dollar is getting a lot of real estate mileage.

      Wait till the Chinese start their home rush buying binge after socking it to us with their shoddy products. Although it will not be across the board, they will look for cheap house's next to our sensitive military areas.
