Remarkable yes and quite easily done to boot. But the point is YOU HAVE TO GET THE GOVERNMENT TO CUT SPENDING. If Ron Paul makes it to the White House it'll happen. That is part of his platform. Reduction of the size of government, vetoing anything that is not a balanced budget, etc. The savings would pay down the debt without a tax, or a tax increase of any kind.

Here's something else he would do and say why it needs done. Will take a long time via a dial-up but worth the time.
