  What would cause any person to run for President of our once great nation when in the end they inherit what Bush has left. There are no miracle workers to depend upon, recession is here to stay for years to come. Thank you Repub's, you are a blight on humanity!!

  We'll be lucky if it stops at Recession and doesn't head straight for Depression. The writer is funny. The subject ain't. And we're heading for some ugly times. Crime will go up. Homelessness. Hunger.

  Thank you Bush. Lower taxes, start a useless, pointless war. Spend billions a week like pouring water down a drain. Lose as much as possible. Lose it like pallets of Hundred Dollar bills. Where did it go? Must be magic.

  No bid contracts.

  Does no one in Washington have a calculator? Do they not realize that if you have only two dollars, you cannot spend five?

  And the Fed (an UNCONTSITUTIONAL banking cartel) is printing money hand over fist which only makes the problem worse.

  And people wonder why I'm ticked off!

  Amazing - It is understandable that the Repugnant conservatives are not injecting their comments into this article, they have no legs to stand on. America is a Roman empire diminished by our conservative nincompoops. Cannot be rectified since America, itself elected this fool and his abysmal administration. Now take into account all the corruptness in government today and what have you, traitors and elitist who would swindle the good of the nation for their own self interest. May I add Bill Gates is the Benedict Arnold that showboats what America has become.

  With deficits constantly running up and increasing, this had to happen. We can change our ways and stop the hemorrhage. Get out of this war first. Then start by bringing manufacturing back. also immediately tax the wealthy who caused these problems.

    Tax the rich? Never happen. Bring back manufacturing jobs? Never happen. Get out of the war? Not according to anybody but Kunicih (sp) and Paul. Every other one wants us to stay. There's a tax increase coming, there has to be because of the Trillions of National debt but it won't be the rich who will be taxed. Just wait and see.

    Can't bring back the manufacturing because of all those free trade deals signed a few years ago. America of the past at the top of the food chain is over but the new world can be just as profitable if people have the drive and know how. That lets out many of the people who have little or no real world experience.
