This soybean-like (in terms of oil content) perennial (unlike most other crops) grows in the salty marshes along coast lines, which if you haven't heard, are soon to be expanded by global warming.

Grows like a weed. It's sure worth looking at. Much more efficient than corn (and, using it wouldn't drive up the cost of whiskey!)
