Because they cannot compete with the big boys. Lots sell crummy software too.
We have software at my company that is ancient even though they probablly paid thousands to update it to 1980 levels.
Junk, the base will not charge the device so they sent new cords-batteries have to be put in a special charger.
I would think these kind of bugs would have been tested before it was released.
Every company wants to be like the credit card companies-just ask for money and recieve it.
