Overall Inflation eases; gasoline prices up »
Posted by: TechnologyExpert 1 year, 3 months agoInflation at the wholesale level eased slightly in April, though gasoline prices surged for a 3rd straight month. Wholesale prices rose 0.7%, down slightly from a 1% jump in March, the Labor Dept reported Friday. The big force driving the increase was an 8.2% jump in gas prices, which followed increases of 8.7% and 5.3% in the previous months.
